Welcome to Bonum Art Gallery. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are intended to create a clear, professional, and transparent experience for both the collector and the gallery.

  1. Artwork Ownership and Intellectual Property

When you purchase an artwork from Bonum Art Gallery, you acquire ownership of the physical piece only.

The purchase of an Original, Masterpiece, Limited Edition, print, or any other artwork does not transfer copyright, reproduction rights, licensing rights, image rights, or commercial usage rights.

All artwork images, designs, compositions, photographs, product images, written content, and visual materials remain the intellectual property of Bonum Art Gallery and/or the artist.

Collectors may not reproduce, scan, copy, modify, distribute, resell reproductions of, license, or commercially use any artwork or image without prior written permission from Bonum Art Gallery.

  1. Artwork Images, Color, and Display Differences

Bonum Art Gallery makes every reasonable effort to represent each artwork accurately through professional photography, color management, and careful image preparation.

However, colors may vary slightly between digital screens and the final physical artwork due to differences in monitor calibration, mobile displays, brightness settings, lighting conditions, and material surfaces.

These natural variations are part of the difference between viewing art digitally and receiving a physical piece. Slight color, texture, scale, or finish variations do not constitute a defect.

  1. Originals, Limited Editions, and Hand-Finished Works

Some artworks may include hand-applied texture, protective finishes, resin, metallic accents, crystals, framing, or other studio-applied details.

Because of this, each piece may include subtle variations in surface, texture, edge, finish, or presentation. These variations are part of the character of the artwork and are not considered defects.

Limited Editions are produced in controlled releases and may include edition numbers, certificates, or hand-finished elements depending on the specific work.

  1. Order Processing and Cancellations

Because many artworks are prepared, finished, framed, packaged, or produced specifically for each order, cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period, the order may already have entered the preparation, printing, finishing, framing, or shipping process and may no longer be cancelable.

  1. Shipping and Delivery

Bonum Art Gallery prepares each artwork with care using protective packaging appropriate to the size, material, and value of the piece.

Shipping times may vary depending on the artwork, framing, finishing process, packaging requirements, carrier schedules, and delivery destination.

Once an order has shipped, delivery times are subject to the shipping carrier’s schedule and conditions.

  1. Inspection Upon Delivery and Damage Claims

Collectors are responsible for inspecting the package and artwork promptly upon delivery.

If an artwork arrives damaged, please contact Bonum Art Gallery within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

Photographs of the damaged artwork.Photographs of the packaging.Photographs of the shipping label.A brief description of the issue.

Please keep all original packaging materials while the claim is being reviewed.

Damage claims submitted after 48 hours may be more difficult to verify and may not be eligible for replacement, repair, or claim support.

  1. Returns and Refunds

Because Bonum Art Gallery offers original artworks, limited editions, hand-finished pieces, and works prepared with care for each collector, returns based on change of mind, personal preference, room fit, color perception, or the subjective nature of art are not accepted.

If there is a confirmed issue with damage in transit or an error in fulfillment, Bonum Art Gallery will review the case and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, store credit, or another suitable solution depending on the artwork and circumstances.

Refunds, when approved, will be processed to the original payment method.

  1. Pricing, Availability, and Errors

Prices, availability, descriptions, and product details may change without notice.

Bonum Art Gallery reserves the right to correct typographical errors, pricing errors, product description errors, or availability errors at any time.

If an order is affected by an error, we may contact the customer to confirm, adjust, or cancel the order.

  1. Refusal of Service

Bonum Art Gallery reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders when necessary, including but not limited to suspected fraud, payment issues, abusive communication, repeated unfounded claims, misuse of policies, or conduct that interferes with the gallery’s ability to provide a professional experience.

This policy exists to protect the integrity of the artwork, the collector experience, and the gallery’s team.

  1. Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site security, copy website content for commercial use, or use the website in any way that violates applicable laws.

  1. Limitation of Liability

Bonum Art Gallery is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase, display, installation, handling, or resale of artwork.

Our responsibility is limited to the amount paid for the artwork or service involved in the specific claim, to the extent permitted by law.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

Any dispute related to the use of this website, the purchase of artwork, or these Terms and Conditions shall be handled under the applicable laws and jurisdiction of the State of Florida.

  1. Updates to These Terms

Bonum Art Gallery may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
