1. Intellectual Property and Copyright
The purchase of a work of art (whether an Original, Masterpiece, or Limited Edition) grants the buyer physical ownership of the piece. No reproduction rights, commercial exploitation rights, or copyrights are transferred with the sale. Bonum Art Gallery and the artist retain exclusive intellectual property rights to all images. Reproduction, scanning, or commercial use of the artwork without express written consent is strictly prohibited.
2. Color Fidelity and Subjectivity
Art is a subjective visual experience. Bonum Art Gallery utilizes professional high-fidelity calibration equipment to ensure that the final print is faithful to the artist’s vision. However, the customer accepts that natural color variations exist between digital screen displays (mobile phones, laptops) and the final physical artwork. These variations do not constitute a manufacturing defect.
3. Shipping and Claims Policy
Due to the delicate nature of our works, we use high-security packaging systems, including custom reinforced crates.
- Mandatory Inspection: The customer must inspect the package upon delivery.
- Damage in Transit: If the artwork arrives damaged, Bonum Art Gallery must be notified within 48 hours of delivery, providing photographic evidence of the damage and the original packaging. After this period, the work will be deemed received in perfect condition.
4. Returns and Cancellations
Because our works are produced on-demand or are unique pieces:
- Returns for “change of mind” or based on the subjective nature of the art are not accepted.
- Order cancellations are only accepted within the first 12 hours after purchase, before the work enters the printing, framing, or logistics process.
5. Anti-Abuse Clause
Bonum Art Gallery reserves the right to refuse sales or services to any individual who, at our sole discretion, demonstrates patterns of unfounded claims or abusive conduct toward the brand or its staff.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Any dispute related to the use of this website or the purchase of products shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
